We provide on-location installation services for orders starting from 10 million Indonesian rupiah. For orders below this amount or for individual equipment rentals, clients can pick up equipment from our warehouse with a deposit, similar to standard equipment rentals.

We work with events of all scales, from large productions to smaller, more intimate projects. However, for smaller projects requiring on-location service, the minimum budget is 10 million Indonesian rupiah. This is the smallest project we can take on with our team.

We offer a catalog of over 2,000 equipment units & over 60 unique installations, including lighting, sound, projectors, and multimedia. You can rent equipment for standard use or as part of our comprehensive event services. 

Based in Bali, we operate internationally. Logistics conditions are arranged individually for each project.  

After our first conversation, we’ll set up a call to go over your brief. Here’s what you should keep in mind:

  • The date of the event
  • The expected number of guests
  • The event’s timing and program (even if only in general terms)

Yes, our team can offer a ready-to-go concept tailored to your event. We also collaborate with trusted partners who can organize full event programs, including performers, musicians, and shows of any type.

The budget is based on the event brief, the scale of the project, the required equipment, and any additional creative or technical services. A preliminary quote is provided before starting the project.

Yes, we provide equipment rental and setup services if you already have an event concept prepared.

Yes, we’re happy to coordinate with your contractors or recommend our trusted partners.  

While we focus on multimedia and technical solutions, we partner with experts who can manage full event planning. 

A deposit is required only when renting equipment without our service team. If we handle installation and support, no deposit is needed.  

Yes, we offer both short-term and long-term equipment rental. Discounts for long-term rentals are available and can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.  

Yes, we have over 60 pre-designed installations that can be customized for your event. These ready-to-deploy solutions allow us to quickly organize events, even on tight deadlines.

The earlier, the better! Early booking allows us to carefully plan the concept and prepare the equipment. However, if your event is just a few days away, we have a menu of ready-made installations that enable us to organize and deliver your event within a short timeframe. For example, if your event is the day after tomorrow and our team’s schedule allows, we can make it happen.

Setup times vary depending on the project’s complexity but are always agreed upon in advance. We strive to minimize installation time to ensure smooth event preparation.

Yes, our team provides on-site technical support to ensure seamless operation of the equipment and to quickly address any technical issues.

Changes are possible but depend on preparation time and equipment availability. We recommend finalising all details as early as possible. 

We work with professional-grade equipment and an experienced team. All projects undergo thorough testing before launch.

While we excel at last-minute projects using our pre-designed installations, we can only commit if our team’s schedule permits. Availability will be confirmed upon inquiry.
